Ius Omnibus have submitted their official comments to the European Commission’s public consultation regarding Apple’s compliance with the Digital Markets Act (DMA), specifically Case DMA.100204 under Article 6(7).
The contribution critically examines whether proposed measures for interoperability within Apple’s iOS and iPadOS ecosystems effectively address consumer interests, drawing attention to ongoing barriers in app distribution and the limited freedom of end users. Ius Omnibus advocates for broader and more transparent procedures that both empower developers and enhance consumer choice and rights in digital environments.
