Throughout her career, she has specialized in strategic planning, fundraising, and EU policy engagement, working with leading institutions and governments, including the European Union, United Nations agencies and the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States.
Her extensive background demonstrates a consistent ability to build impactful partnerships and deliver meaningful results. With a strong track record of driving initiatives that serve the public good, Francesca’s leadership style is a natural fit for Ius Omnibus.
