Ius España is an association based in Madrid with activities throughout Spain, whose statutory objective is to facilitate efficient, transparent, and rapid access to justice for European citizens, in order to achieve effective redress, promote good administration of justice, and end practices contrary to the law that harm citizens, justice, or society. Ius España is a subsidiary of Ius Omnibus.
Location
Madrid, with the possibility of remote work.
Schedule
Part-time (20 h/week), with flexible hours.
Compensation
Between 18.000 and 20.000 € gross annual, distributed in 14 payments.
Main functions
Design and execute projects, including events, aligned with the association’s statutes.
Define objectives, timelines, indicators, and monitoring systems.
Manage the assigned budget and ensure the achievement of goals and deadlines.
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and social, including with Ius Omnibus.
Manage the institutional and digital communication of the association in Spain: social media, newspaper, radio/TV, website, newsletter and informational content.
Prepare periodic reports and minutes for the board of directors.
Required profile
Degree in Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
Experience in project management, associations, NGOs or social entities.
Experience in (digital) communication (social media, content management, web, newsletter, newspaper, radio).
Good command of project management (plans, timelines, indicators)
Basic knowledge of budget and accounting
High written and oral communication skills (Spanish) is mandatory
Advanced level of English is mandatory
Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in an associative environment with limited resources.
