Good news for consumers in the Super Bock case! The Lisbon Appeal Court rejected Super Bock’s appeal and upheld the suspension of the popular action by the Competition Court to await the final public enforcement decision. And it laid out three ways for the Competition Court to decide that the AdC Decision is indeed binding in this case, and in several others.
