The judgment of the process known as the “banking cartel”, which involves 12 banking institutions contesting the fines imposed by the Competition Authority (which exceed 225 million euros), began yesterday at the Competition Court.
The President of the General Assembly of Ius Miguel Sousa Ferro, talked with SIC and explained what is at stake in this process.
